OUR POLICY

We’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise that is purchased in store with original tags attached and the original text or e-mailed receipt. 

Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Beauty/skincare items, haircare, footwear, apothecary, jewelry, handbags/accessories and swimwear items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for an online return, your item must be in original condition: unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.  If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you and you will not receive a store credit.

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an automated e-mail from our system to notify you that we have issued the store credit and the details of your gift card. You can redeem online (or in store) and instructions on how to use it will be included. 

We do not issue refunds.

We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

For all eligible returns, ship it back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for a full credit of the costs of the items onto a BLVD Boutique gift card.

Your original shipping charge is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are not covered, however you may choose any carrier you like. Please include your original invoice/packing slip with the order number in the return package.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us for processing.  If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, please contact us and our team will assist you.

Afterpay Orders

If an order is placed using Afterpay and an item doesn't work out, simply mail it back to us within 10 days of your order date and the total cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a BLVD Boutique gift card. We do not issue gift cards for partial payments, and you will still be responsible for the remaining payments to Afterpay from your original purchase.

Carrier Damages

If merchandise is damaged on the way by the shipping carrier, please contact us by phone or through our site ASAP so we may issue a claim.
